Emotional wellbeing support for women
Life can feel overwhelming for many reasons.
You may be navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, major life changes, a recent diagnosis, or simply a growing sense that the way you've been coping is no longer working.
Many of the women I work with have spent years holding everything together on the outside whilst feeling exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside. Some have ADHD, some are exploring whether they might be neurodivergent, and others simply recognise themselves in the experience of constantly overthinking, masking, people-pleasing, or pushing through their own needs.
My approach is centred around emotional wellbeing, nervous-system awareness, and self-understanding rather than pressure, perfection, or trying to force yourself into systems that don't fit.
Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface, helping you develop a clearer understanding of your emotions, patterns, relationships, needs, and responses. The aim isn't to become a different person. It's to develop a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with yourself.

“I felt like Alex really got me. She noticed things I’d never connected before and somehow helped me make sense of what had felt like a complete mess in my head. I came away seeing things very differently.”
