Is it right for me?

Emotional Wellbeing Support

Emotional wellbeing support is a collaborative, active process focused on helping you better understand yourself, your patterns, emotions, relationships, and day-to-day challenges.

Whilst there is always space to talk, sessions are often more structured than counselling and may include reflection exercises, practical tools, psychoeducation, resources, worksheets, visual frameworks, or strategies that help you make sense of what you're experiencing.

This work is particularly helpful if you are feeling:

  • overwhelmed or burnt out,

  • stuck in repeating patterns,

  • emotionally exhausted,

  • unsure who you are anymore,

  • navigating ADHD or neurodivergence,

  • struggling with boundaries, relationships, or self-esteem,

  • adjusting to life changes or transitions.

Sessions are supportive, reflective, and practical, with the aim of helping you develop greater self-understanding and create meaningful change in everyday life.

What might emotional wellbeing support involve?

Every client is different, but sessions may include:

  • identifying emotional and behavioural patterns,

  • understanding nervous-system responses,

  • exploring attachment and relationship dynamics,

  • ADHD and neurodivergence-informed strategies,

  • values and identity work,

  • self-esteem and self-trust exercises,

  • burnout and overwhelm mapping,

  • boundary-setting frameworks,

  • practical reflection tools between sessions.

No expectations

There is never any expectation to complete homework. Any resources or exercises are offered as invitations rather than requirements and are designed to support your understanding between sessions, not create additional pressure.

Space, Not Pressure

You do not need to prepare for sessions, complete homework, or have the "right" answers. The focus is on helping you make sense of your experience in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and genuinely useful to you.
